1. Coaching Disclaimer

Love Mastery is a transformational coaching certification program. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial counsel. Participation in our program does not guarantee business or financial results. Results vary based on individual effort, context, and commitment.

2. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as agreed upon during enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments are non-refundable

If on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments

Late or failed payments may result in removal from the program

If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out. We aim to be compassionate and fair.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Love Mastery program—including but not limited to videos, worksheets, trainings, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of Elizabeth Ann Cunningham Coaching LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or resell this content without express written permission.

4. Respect & Community Guidelines

We are committed to creating a brave, inclusive, and trauma-informed space. By participating, you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of fellow participants

Engage respectfully with all coaches, facilitators, and peers

Avoid harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. SMS & Email Consent

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and customer support messages from Love Mastery Certification. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service usage.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services are available through major U.S. wireless carriers.
